Future Stars Camps is a premier summer day-camp organization in PA and NJ serving families and children ages 5–13 through traditional summer day camp programming, STEAM, sports, recreation and aquatics. Our camps create active, welcoming, and memorable summers for children and families, and that begins with an exceptional team.
We hire college students, education majors, aspiring coaches, athletes, future counselors, teachers and energetic young professionals who enjoy working with children and being part of a supportive team. Whether you are studying education, psychology, child development, sports management, business, communications, health and wellness, or another field, Future Stars offers hands-on experience that helps you build valuable professional skills.
As a Future Stars team member, you will work alongside like-minded college students, experienced educators, coaches, counselors, and our dedicated year-round leadership team. You will have the opportunity to develop leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, responsibility, and child-management skills and all while making a real difference in a child’s summer.
