Summary:
Prepares and delivers drink and/or food orders utilizing excellent customer service and accuracy.

- Compensation: $16.00/hr
- Shift/Hours: Flexible, but must be able to work evenings and weekends

Here is what you will get to do:
- Prepares drink orders for guests.
- Sets up and maintains cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unites and other tools, stocking and transporting supplies to bar areas.
- Completes opening and closing duties. Ensures liquors, beer, wines, coolers, cabinets and storage areas are secured upon end of shift.
- Processes all payment methods. Counts bank at end of shift, completes designated reports, resolves discrepancies, drops off receipts and secures bank.
- Follows all Maricopa County Health Department and Arizona Liquor Board rules, regulations, laws and procedures. Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests.
- In the event of an emergency, ensures that all evacuation and safety protocols are followed. Maintains communication with all staff during emergencies to maximize effectiveness of the protocols needed to respond to situation.
- Performs other duties as required

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Education: High School or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 1 year bar and/or similar restaurant/catering experience preferred.
- Attributes:
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Guest services orientation and outlook in job performance.
- Must demonstrate ability to make change, accurately conduct credit card transactions and account for monies at the end of each shift.
- Maintains confidentiality in work performed, especially related to the processing of credit cards.
- Work Environment:
- Must regularly lift up to 30 lbs.
- Stands majority of the day, with bending, stooping, balancing required.
- Vision required for work performed, and hearing/auditory requirement
- Exposure to outside elements/weather
- Fast paced environment with constant movement and action required.
- Other requirements:
- Possession of current and valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
- Approved Arizona Alcohol Awareness Certification
