MAIN RESPONSIBILITES & TASK:
- Help identify and consolidate learning needs.
- Contribute to designing and creating promotional materials for training courses.
- Participate in creating and managing training courses in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Help during training sessions and coordinate communications with participants.
- Gather training satisfaction surveys and feedback and support basic analysis of learning effectiveness.
- Assist with editing training videos and uploading them to internal online learning platforms.
- Maintain and organize existing learning resources and training records.
- Take part in Learning Management System optimization projects.
- Support learning activities by helping with meeting arrangements, equipment setup, and other logistical tasks.
SKILLS
- Basic understanding of training project management.
- Proficient in MS, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for effective cross-department collaboration.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Numerically sensitive, with basic knowledge and hands-on ability in data analysis.
- Familiarity with video editing and content production skills is preferred
- Graphic design skills, familiar with Canva or similar design tools is preferred.

- Bachelor's or Masters in HR, Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Psychology, Multimedia Design, Information Management, and related fields.
