Generative AI / ML Engineer

We are seeking a good skilled, and creative Generative AI / ML Engineer to join our new project. This role is for a person who’s passionate about building new tech in the marketing field, and who will also be responsible for leveraging the latest AI models for multimedia creation. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of generative models, with a specific focus on video and voice synthesis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Integration: Utilize and integrate leading generative AI platforms for video, image, and voice content creation, including but not limited to Runway, Synthesia, Eleven Labs, KlingAI, SORA and others.
  • API Development: Work with the APIs of various generative platforms to programmatically create, manage, and scale content, and integrate these capabilities into a proprietary technology stack.
  • Model Development: Design, develop, and train machine learning models to improve the performance and quality of our applications, with a particular emphasis on voice and face recognition.
  • Content Library Management: Help establish and maintain a scalable library of digital assets, ensuring they are optimized for use within our systems and aligned with licensing requirements.
  • Research & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in gen AI, participating in research to identify and prototype new technologies and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Direct experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with the APIs of major generative AI platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python and experience with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Deep practical knowledge of generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models).
  • A strong understanding of computer vision and natural language processing (NLP), with a focus on face and voice recognition.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of data privacy, content rights, and licensing in the context of AI-generated media.
  • Experience in creating and managing digital avatars or synthetic media.
