
Executive Fellowship Program
One of four nationally recognized Capital Fellows Programs, The Executive Fellowship Program is an experiential education program that uniquely integrates high-level government work experience with academic and professional development. Executive Fellows are placed with a mentor in one of the many executive offices of California’s Executive Branch, which include the Office of the Governor, constitutional offices, cabinet level agencies, and departments.
Applications must be submitted by the deadline of Monday, December 8, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Applicants must submit the following by the application deadline:
- Completed online application
- Personal statement
- Policy statement
- Resume
- College transcript(s)
- A list of three individuals who will write letters of recommendation
Recommenders must submit letters of recommendation by the deadline of Monday, December 15th, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST).
