AI & Policy Analyst Internship
We’re hiring 1–2 AI/Policy Research Interns for a Fall Internship to help with:
- Reviewing and summarizing local zoning bylaws
- Identifying ADU-relevant sections and dimensional requirements
- Creating “golden sets” of training data to improve our zoning interpretation tools
- Supporting structured comparisons across towns and regions
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical reading and attention to detail
- Strong reasoning skills
- Comfortable working with legal or regulatory language (familiarity with zoning is a bonus but not required)
- Growth mindset, able to work independently and move quickly
- Interest in law, housing policy, or legal tech
The internship has potential to continue into full time position, depending on the fit of the candidate and the needs of the business.
