The FST program is looking for students that are interested in gaining experience in brewery and quality operations. These positions would start in the Fall 2025 semester and carry on through the Spring 2026 semester; the student should be able to commit to the full duration. Students will be required to perform production operations, sample analysis, timely and precise record keeping, cleaning, organizing/5S and other tasks as required. Independent study and/or internship credit may be possible.
