About the Opportunity
Ring of Hope, a nonprofit that connects youth to sports, mentorship, and career pathways, is partnering with a hedge fund to offer a paid 4-week summer internship. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance or accounting major to gain real-world experience, mentorship, and exposure to Wall Street career pathways.

Duration: 4 weeks

Schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote (9-hour shifts)

Compensation: Paid internship (lunch provided on office days)

Location: New York City, NY (Midtown)
 

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial research, data entry, and report preparation
• Support accounting and investment team with daily tasks
• Shadow senior staff and participate in mentorship sessions
• Gain exposure to hedge fund operations and Wall Street career pathways

Skills & Qualifications

• Current finance, accounting, or related major (undergraduate level)
  • Freshman preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in spreadsheets
• Foundational understanding of accounting
• Interest in pursuing a career in finance, accounting, or investments
