In this 2-year rotational program you will:

• Rotate through departments such as trading, commercial development, FP&A, asset development, capital markets, and business development
• Work side-by-side top industry experts
• Obtain year-round mentorship, coaching, and career guidance
• Build knowledge of the industry and develop critical technical skills
• Gain immersive, hands-on experience

Program Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s in business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Physics or a related field of study with a record of outstanding achievement in academic and extracurricular activates
• Experience or demonstrated interest in Renewable Energy required
• Prior internship/exposure to the energy markets, or experience with other financial institutions and consulting is required
• Excellent analytical and technical skills in Python, Excel, and VBA
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a demanding, changing work environment
• Superior communication skills; both verbal and written
• Prior internship/exposure to the energy markets, or experience with other financial institutions and consulting is required
• Must be willing to work in person, five days a week

Interviews will begin late September. The first three rounds of interviews will be held virtually. The final interview will occur in early November at our New York City office. In person interview expenses related to transportation, lodging, and food costs will be covered by Brookfield Renewable. 

Annual Salary: $85,000 plus variable performance bonus
