Mathematics Teacher
Are you passionate about helping students build a strong foundation in math—and confident enough to make equations, fractions, and problem-solving feel like second nature? Lebanon School District is looking for a dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team. If you believe in the power of math to change lives and you’re ready to inspire the next generation, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and teach engaging math lessons that help students connect classroom learning to real-world situations—whether they’re headed to college, a trade, or straight into their first job.
- Differentiate instruction and use creative strategies to reach every learner, including those in advanced placement and inclusive settings.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Use data and feedback to refine your teaching, improve outcomes, and help every student succeed.
- Keep your classroom running smoothly, foster a positive environment, and supervise students in and out of class.
- Participate in curriculum development, faculty committees, and ongoing professional development.
What You Need:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification for teaching mathematics.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
Why Lebanon?
We offer a competitive salary, a generous benefits package (including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and more), paid time off, and an employee assistance program. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team that values professional growth and diversity.
