Title: UI/UX Design Intern – Customer UI & Website
Location: Glen Cove, NY (flexible – hybrid/remote options available)

What You’ll Do
· Design intuitive customer UIs: Work with product and engineering teams to craft dashboards, real-time analytics interfaces, and interactive visualizations that allow customers to monitor network health, detect anomalies, and understand alerts.
· Enhance the marketing website: Develop responsive, accessible landing pages and micro-sites that clearly communicate our value proposition and features; ensure brand consistency across all web properties.
· Prototype & iterate: Produce wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD; incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users.
· Conduct user research: Assist in gathering user feedback and performing usability tests to identify pain points and refine user flows.
· Maintain design system: Contribute to and help evolve our design library, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across the platform and website.
· Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and marketers to translate complex technical concepts into simple, elegant experiences.
Who You Are
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UI/UX design, human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.
· Portfolio demonstrating user-interface or website projects; experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar) and working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
· Strong visual design sense and attention to detail; ability to translate abstract concepts and data into intuitive user experiences.
· Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Interest in emerging technologies, AI, and network infrastructure; familiarity with data visualization, mapping, or SaaS dashboards is a plus.
· Available to work part-time or full-time for a defined internship period (e.g., 10–12 weeks) with the possibility of extension or future employment.
