
Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator
About
Hello! I run a small marketing agency and work with fun and vibey consumer brands. I'm seeking a detail-oriented content marketing team member to support our social media operations. We have multiple client accounts and this role would be internal helping with the behind the scenes coordination and preparation of content prior to scheduling. This flexible contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys the creative and organizational aspects of content marketing with some light copywriting and using custom GPTs.
Responsibilities
This is a lighter role, with rotating asks each week, but overall your contributions may include:
- Organize content schedules in spreadsheet-based calendars
- Write engaging social media captions that align with a brand voice (with Custom GPTs provided)
- Bonus if you have content creation experience and would like to vibe/fun create reels from photography.
- Understand established brand guidelines to maintain consistency
- Coordinate product gifting campaigns (Shipping, Emails)
Skills
Here are some things that will help you stand out in the role:
- Comfortable using Slack, email, and Trello for communication and project management
- Experience with social media content creation and management
- Strong writing skills with attention to brand voice and tone
- Familiarity with creating Reels or short-form video content a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented with spreadsheets
- Self-directed and able to work independently

- Hours: Approximately ~5 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Rate: $30/hour
- Type: Independent contractor position
- Work Style: Remote/flexible
- Time Zone: PST preferred
