Position Overview:
We’re seeking an Onsite Recruiter to join our team. You’ll play a key role in building our bench of talented IT professionals, supporting recruitment efforts, and helping our clients and consultants succeed. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts the growth of the company and our talent network.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and engage IT and technology candidates for open positions.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our recruiting system.
Coordinate interviews, offer processes, and onboarding for new hires.
Build relationships with candidates and clients to understand hiring needs and opportunities.
Support internal HR and recruiting initiatives, including talent outreach campaigns.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or having completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
Interest in IT, technology, or consulting recruitment is a plus.
