About the Role / Position Summary
The Research Analyst – Global Equity, is responsible for investment manager due diligence, client education and support as well as the analysis of designated markets. You will also assist in the selection, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring of external investment managers.
What You’ll Do / Position Responsibilities
- Source, research, and monitor public equity investment managers. Includes drafting research reports on recommended managers, providing quarterly reviews on covered managers, and drafting memos when managers experience significant organizational, personnel, and portfolio changes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of education and communication materials, including the quarterly market summary, monthly Research Review, quarterly Capital Markets Overview, quarterly consultant packet, Research Review Focus Topics, and other presentations.
- Assist other analysts in providing support to consultants, especially with respect to recommended / covered managers and the assigned markets.
- Provide input to the sector team and IPC with respect to the various sector categories’ valuations and portfolio positioning and attend weekly research meetings.
- Attend investment manager meetings and weekly research meetings.

- Location Requirement: This role is based at the FEG Headquarters in Cincinnati, OH and requires the individual to be on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar field. For certain positions, we accept a high school diploma, GED, or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the investment industry.
- Detail-oriented, possess excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Takes initiative, strong analytical skills, and a passion for investments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Highest level of integrity, trustworthiness, and ethical standards.
