SHADES of Development, a leading afterschool program in Tennessee, is hiring afterschool staff. Immediate openings available!

We’re looking for dependable, energetic, and caring individuals to lead fun, educational activities with PreK through 8th grade students.

Available Shifts

• 11:30 AM - 6 PM
• 1 PM - 6 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Lead engaging activities with children
• Manage lesson planning and implementation
• Provide behavior guidance and supervision
• Prepare, supervise, and clean up snacks
• Supervise set up and clean up of program areas

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with children in a group setting (preferred)
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Must be at least 18 years old
