Minor League Baseball Video Crew

OAV schedules, manages, and provides the audio visual crew for the West Michigan Whitecaps. Oncore AV is looking for video crew members in the Grand Rapids area for the Whitecaps 2026 season. Games run from early April until early September. Availability for the entirety of the season is not required.

Requirements

  • Audio and/or Video experience and/or education
  • General knowledge of the game of baseball
  • Ages 18+

Primary Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate job-specific equipment
  • Communicate with crew to ensure quality broadcast
  • Follow instruction from superior technicians and coordinators
  • Clean audio and video equipment and store properly
  • Diagnose and correct or report problems
