Who You Are

-Must live in the U.S. and pass a background check.

-Must have a Social Security Number.

-Positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic.

-Leadership, or service experience is a plus.

Compensation & Growth

State insurance license sponsored after training.

Performance-based pay (1099) — average commission $500–$700+ per policy.

Trained associates typically close 2–5 policies weekly.
