Youth Pop Dance & Choreography Instructor
Digital Dreamers STEAM Academy is seeking a Youth Pop Dance & Choreography Instructor to lead energetic, music-driven dance classes for elementary students in Napa, CA. This after-school program focuses on modern pop and K-pop–inspired movement, giving students a fun and safe space to build rhythm, confidence, and performance skills.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids, loves teaching movement, and can create simple, high-energy routines that students can enjoy and follow.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging pop-style dance classes inspired by modern K-pop trends.
- Create age-appropriate choreography that is fun, safe, and easy for beginners.
- Introduce rhythm, musicality, and basic performance techniques.
- Build a positive, inclusive class environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves.
- Adapt lessons to meet a range of skill levels and classroom dynamics.
- Communicate with program coordinators and school staff for smooth weekly operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching or leading youth dance or movement programs.
- Ability to create beginner-friendly choreography based on pop or K-pop music.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Reliable and flexible availability every Wednesday after school.
- Reliable transportation to the Napa location.
- Must pass a background check and complete onboarding requirements.

- Start Date: 1st week of January
- Schedule: Every Wednesday, after-school hours
- Hours: 1–2 hours per week
