This is a full-time position based out of our store in Columbus, Ohio.
We're looking for:
+ A stylish, self-motivated individual with a passion for design, trends, and customer experience.
+ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys building genuine relationships with clients.
General Responsibilities:
+ Provide personalized service to customers, helping them discover home decor and furnishings that match their lifestyle and taste.
+ Drive sales through in-store interactions, email outreach, and styling consultations.
+ Maintain a visually compelling sales floor by restocking, merchandising, and styling product displays in alignment with seasonal trends and brand standards.
+ Stay knowledgeable about product inventory, features, and availability, including special orders.
+ Contribute to a positive and inspiring in-store experience that reflects our brand culture.
*Must have strong communication skills and an eye for style.
Experience in retail or interiors is a plus
