Optional: grow into leadership or broker-level roles

A U.S. student or recent grad (must have SSN)

Able to pass a background check

Positive, reliable, and coachable

Interested in finance, marketing, business, or helping people

Active on social media or willing to learn

💵 Compensation & Growth

We sponsor your state insurance license (after training)

1099 pay: most teammates earn $500–$700 per completed policy

Trained students typically close 2–5 policies a week
