What You’ll Get to Do
As a Youth Ministry Intern, you’ll take on meaningful leadership roles that build confidence and strengthen your calling:
Teach, Lead, and Create:
Plan and run daily youth programs: worship, “Breakfast Club,” small groups, open gym, beach time, games, and more
Design engaging lessons, devotionals, and activities that help youth grow in their faith
Mentor and Build Relationships:
Lead your own small group and support students through conversation, prayer, and encouragement
Connect with parents, youth, and the ministry team as a trusted Christian leader
Grow Spiritually and Professionally:
Participate in staff Bible studies, planning meetings, prayer times, and team fellowship
Receive coaching, spiritual guidance, and ministry training throughout the summer
This is hands-on work that prepares you for a career spent guiding, teaching, and loving young people.
Who We’re Looking For
A committed, growing follower of Christ who wants to lead and serve
Someone who loves kids and teenagers and feels energized helping them grow
Creative, patient, relational — someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and building community
A college student (sophomore–senior preferred) interested in education, youth ministry, biblical studies, Christian leadership, social work, or similar fields
Someone available for the full 10-week summer session
If you want to teach, lead, inspire, and grow in your faith, this summer will stretch you, equip you, and help you discern your calling — all while living steps from the ocean in one of the most unique Christian communities in the country.
