About the Role

AITE Institute is seeking passionate and knowledgeable STEM Teachers to work with middle and high school students in small-group or individualized academic settings. Teachers will deliver subject-focused instruction aligned with U.S. secondary school curricula and support students’ conceptual understanding, academic confidence, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Teach subject-specific content (Math / Physics / Chemistry / Biology) to middle or high school students

Design lesson plans aligned with U.S. academic standards and course syllabi

Provide clear explanations, guided practice, and academic feedback

Monitor student progress and communicate learning outcomes with the academic team

Support students’ development of problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related STEM field

Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred

Familiarity with U.S. middle or high school curriculum (AP experience a plus)

Strong communication skills and a student-centered teaching approach

Authorization to work in the U.S.
