💼 Your Responsibilities

Attend live virtual trainings and development sessions

🔍 What We’re Looking For

U.S. resident with valid SSN

Able to pass a background check

Coachable, dependable, and self-motivated

Strong attitude and willingness to learn

Prior leadership, customer service, or team experience is a plus (not required)

 

💰 Pay, Training & Growth

Licensing support provided after training completion

Independent contractor (1099) position

Commission-based pay

No Cap as to how much you can earn

Typical earnings: $500–$700+ per completed policy

Many part-time associates complete 2–5+ policies per week
