Summer Camp Waterfront Supervisor

Waterfront Supervisor: Pathfinder Lodge (Cooperstown, NY)

Responsibilities: Run boating and swimming activities. Schedule lifeguards, inspect safety equipment and execute safety plan. Keep records for DOH.

Requirements: 21+, experience lifeguarding, willingness to share personal Christian faith

Dates: June 28, 2026- September 5, 2026 (Full-time, seasonal, on-site)

Start and end dates negotiable. 

Salary: $400-500 weekly, housing and meals included

Pathfinder Lodge (a VPCC Ministry) is located in Cooperstown, NY. A small Christian summer camp focused on growing disciples and Christian leaders. Day campers are 5-12 and overnight campers are 7-17. Water sports are a huge part of our activity schedule.
