AP Micro/Macro Tutor

Position: Private High School Tutor

Location: Remote

Overview:
A private family is seeking an experienced tutors to support their high school senior. The primary goal is to assist with his AP Microeconomics/Macroeconomics course.

Tutoring sessions will focus on reviewing and supporting his existing class assignments; no additional lesson planning or materials creation is required. Experience working with students who have ADHD or focus challenges is preferred, though not required.

Schedule:

  • 1–1.5 hours per session
  • 1 session per week
  • Flexible scheduling between Mondays and Thursdays, anytime between 5pm and 9pm EST

Compensation:

  • DOE, from $50 per hour (but negotiable)

Requirements:

  • Strong subject matter knowledge in assigned area
  • Proven experience tutoring high school students, preferably in AP courses
  • Patience, adaptability, and ability to work with students with diverse learning styles
