Brookfield Public Schools is seeking a part time, dedicated bilingual Spanish tutor to support our Multilingual Learner (ML) students.

Key duties include:

  • Providing linguistic and academic support to ML students in one-on-one, small-group, and classroom settings.
  • Helping students develop a strong understanding of content across subject areas.
  • Supporting the growth of English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Collaborating closely with the TESOL teacher, ML curriculum specialist, classroom educators, administrators and parents to promote the success and progress of ML students.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of culturally and linguistically responsive approaches to teaching
  • Knowledge of effective instructional strategies for bilingual learners
  • Experience working with students in an educational setting
  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree


Hours - 3 hours per day - Monday - Friday or by arrangement.
Working days are School days only. 
$29 Per Hour
