Social Media Intern – Ibiza

We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Intern to join Extra Ibiza. This role is for someone who genuinely understands social platforms, lives on YouTube and Instagram, and has a natural feel for content, trends, pacing, and storytelling.

You will work closely with our core team and be involved in everything from content ideation to execution. This includes assisting with YouTube formats, Instagram Reels, Stories, short-form edits, captions, and creative concepts. You will see how content is planned, shot, edited, and distributed for a real, fast-moving brand operating on the island.

We are not looking for someone who just schedules posts. We are looking for someone who is curious, visually sharp, and obsessed with how content performs and why. Someone who understands culture, timing, and aesthetics, and wants to get better every day.

What you will do
• Assist in creating content for YouTube and Instagram
• Help brainstorm and develop creative concepts and formats
• Support content shoots, edits, captions, and publishing
• Track trends, formats, and platform changes
• Learn how social media ties into branding, growth, and sales
