Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Associate to help ideate, film, and edit social media content for both organic posts and paid ads. This role is for someone who understands what performs on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts—and can turn ideas into finished content quickly.

 

Responsibilities

Generate content ideas for organic social and paid ads

Film short-form video content (UGC-style, testimonials, demos, trends)

Edit videos for platform-specific formats and performance

Create multiple creative variations for paid ad testing

Stay on top of social trends and suggest new angles

Track basic performance and iterate on what works

 

Qualifications

Experience creating and editing short-form social video

Comfortable filming with a phone and basic setups

Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools

Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels best practices

Organized, creative, and able to move fast

 

Nice to Have

Experience creating paid social ad creative

Basic copywriting or scripting skills
