Job Title: PM/Regulatory Summer Intern

Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Responsibilities
Project Management Rotation:
This internship rotation will offer hands-on experience in managing a drug development program. The intern will shadow program managers, observe project management processes, and gain knowledge of project management tools, effective communication strategies, and risk mitigation techniques.
• Assist with gathering data, preparing reports, and creating presentations.
• Assist with internal project communications.
• Participate in project meetings and document key decisions.
• Support project documentation (project plan, action item log, risk log), ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Help maintain MicroSoft Project project plans and track progress; Develop new tools for tracking and maintaining project plans
• Review budget
Regulatory Affairs Rotation:
This rotation of the internship will provide invaluable hands-on experience in regulatory affairs within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry. The intern will assist in various activities that support global regulatory compliance for programs in the clinical phase of development. This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Assist in the creation, review, and compilation of regulatory documents/submissions
for US Investigational New Drugs (INDs) and ex-US Clinical Trial Applications (CTAs).
• Perform regulatory intelligence activities, assess relevance to company programs, and prepare summaries for internal distribution.
• Create a global regulatory strategic plan
• Identify and assess regulatory program risks
• Maintain regulatory commitment trackers and submission logs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions
