The Consortium’s Internship Program is a one-year, full-time opportunity for recent college graduates to serve at Christian Study Centers while receiving structured training, mentoring, and professional development. Interns gain hands-on experience in programming, operations, and fundraising while deepening their understanding of vocation and their place in God’s kingdom.

Intern responsibilities are shaped around individual skills and interests and carried out in close collaboration with study center staff. Interns help create meaningful programs and relational opportunities for students, while also participating in a national cohort of young professionals. Throughout the year, interns are exposed to the broader Christian Study Center movement through the Consortium’s Annual Meeting and other opportunities to connect with peers, study center leaders, and foundations.

This position includes a vocational mentor, ongoing cohort-based training, a full-time salary, and housing.
