The role of the Client Service Administrator is to ensure our clients are always put first and they are consistently getting the service that they need and deserve.
Responsibilities
- Process new client applications and managing back-office relationships
- Maintain follow-up systems for pending client issues
- Manage client database effectively and efficiently
- Respond to routine client service issues and requests
Qualifications
- Microsoft Office Skills – Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Familiarity with CRM software or client database management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize projects and follow through independently
- Experience in financial services a plus
- Administrative experience a plus
