Job Title: Wastewater Service Representative/Tech Representative

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Wastewater Service Representative to join our team. The Industrial Water/Wastewater Service Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing wastewater treatment systems within industrial plants. This position involves technical servicing, jar testing, inventory management, biological analysis, and client support to ensure our clients' systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine servicing of water and wastewater treatment systems in industrial plants and other local accounts.
• Conduct jar testing to analyze and optimize chemical dosing and treatment processes.
• Perform biological analysis of wastewater samples, including microbial population assessments and sludge analysis.
• Interpret test results and adjust treatment protocols as needed to achieve desired water quality outcomes.
• Compile service reports and assist with data and cost tracking.
• Support special project operations as directed in local sales accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing outstanding technical support and assistance.
• Support the sales team in developing business within existing service accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; technical or trade school certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must have an interest in developing sales-oriented mindset and skillset.
• Basic competency in science and mathematics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
