At Whizara, we bring learning to life with student-centered, interactive after-school programs for K–12 students. We’re expanding our offerings to include Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), and we’re looking for enthusiastic, high-energy instructors to lead in-person classes in North Hills, CA.

What You’ll Do
- Create a fun, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that inspires active learning
- Arrive on time, stay organized, and ensure smooth class operations
- Deliver lessons using our provided curriculum and materials, with clear learning goals
- Encourage students to develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and strong interpersonal skills
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer individualized support
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and group dynamics
- Collaborate with parents, school staff, and the Whizara team to meet program goals
- Share classroom insights to help improve instruction and curriculum
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred—but we welcome all curious, motivated learners
- Current college students in related majors encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, empathy, and classroom management skills
- Previous teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience with K–12 students is a plus
- Comfortable leading dynamic, interactive in-person classes
- Ability to teach onsite in North Hills, CA
