Duties:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage and resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest happiness
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Process payments from customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Fluent in Mandarin or other Chinese dialect or Japanese (Preferred)
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal and math skills
