Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 therapy utilizing the principles of ABA in DTT and NET settings
  • Accurately implement treatment/behavior plans
  • Collect and record data on client progress
  • Complete all documentation in a timely manner
  • Communicate with BCBA, therapy team, school personnel, and caregivers
  • Work well independently and as part of a team

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency required
  • Experience working with children
  • Comfortable working with children that display problem behaviors
  • Must be able to pass a local and level 2 background check
  • Driver’s license, own reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, positive, and detail-oriented personality
  • Able to ask for help from supervisors/support team when needed
  • Competed 40 hour RBT training (we will provide this to you)
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification- active status within 30 days (we will provide study materials to you) 
  • Active NPI number (we will help get this for you)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college/Bachelor's degree +
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification or actively pursuing it
  • Medicaid number (we will apply for this for you, if you don't have it)
  • Experience with children that have developmental disabilities
  • Previous experience utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis


Job Types: 

  • Full-time 8am-5pm 
  • Part-time 8am-2pm
