Camp Staff at Trinity Pines

Location: Trinity Pines Conference Center – Lake Livingston, East Texas
Type: Seasonal (Summer & Retreat Seasons)
Age Requirement: 16+ (some positions 18+)

Whether it’s your first job or your fifth summer, you’ll leave different; more confident, more grounded, and more aware of the God who moves through simple acts of service.

What You’ll Do

Team Members serve across several areas of camp life, rotating throughout the season so every team member experiences the full rhythm of ministry:

  • Hospitality & Guest Care – Welcome groups, help with retreats, and make sure guests feel seen, valued, and cared for.
  • Food Service – Support the kitchen team through serving, cleaning, and teamwork that keeps every meal running smoothly.
  • Facilities & Grounds – Maintain a safe, clean, and beautiful environment that reflects the excellence of our ministry.
  • Recreation & Program Support – Assist with ropes, lifeguarding, rec games, and event setups that help guests build memories and connection.

Rotation prevents burnout, keeps work balanced, and reminds us that every role matters.

What You Can Expect

  • Schedule: Most weeks are about 40 hours — balanced, fair, and intentionally paced to protect time for rest, reflection, and fun.
  • Pay: Starting around $270/week or $9.50-10/HR (with housing and meals included), plus incremental raises for returning years and certifications.
  • Housing & Meals: On-site housing and meals are provided FREE at no cost to you.
  • Community: You’ll live and work alongside other young adults pursuing growth, purpose, and faith together.
