Project Coordinator – Office/IT/Systems Administrator

IT/Computers/Technology:

 

  1. Setup of all new workstations – setup screens, laptops, printers, cameras and make sure network connections all active.
  2. Look at Compass contract – anything we can add to this job description. 
  3. Source any equipment needed for new hires with approval from Senior Cost Accountant.
  4. Review applications and user testing to make sure all are up to date. Including Monday.com, Process Street, ChatGPT, what else?
  5. Responsible for ERP system (DelmiaWorks - IQMS) reporting as requested and making sure access and permissions are up to date and maintained based on active employees from an onboarding and offboarding process. This includes but is not limited to new users, all licenses, permissions, BOM’s and any day to day issues. Responsible for version upgrades of the ERP systems and resolving any issues. Helpful to understand SQL code writing, handle crystal reporting requests as it relates to the ERP system/Internal reporting tool Smartpage/Alert system
  6. Check Conference Rooms A,C,W and the training room prior to customer meetings and make sure all working. Provide quick trainings on how to use technologies. – Revamp the Conference room technology

 

CMMC – PTI will train and certify

  1. Attended required training for CMMC to be certified and run point on all CMMC related items. NIST 800.171 from Coursera and CMMC Certification – Registered Professional – one day course by Cyber AB – all courses expected to be completed by 6/19/2026
  2. Liaison with Compass and role clarity for CMMC process. Manage Compass as it relates to CMMC audit, audit tasks/responsibilities and key deliverables, present to PTI leadership CMMC 100% compliance pre-audit 
  3. Responsible for PTI CMMC certification. Needs to be tested and completed by 9/25.20126
  4. ·Support day‑to‑day CMMC compliance activities for client environments, acting as front‑line support under senior compliance and vCISO leadership. Assist with evidence collection and organization for CMMC / NIST 800‑171 cotrols (screenshots, reports, logs, access lists, policy acknowledgements).
  5. Maintain and update compliance artifacts such as the System Security Plan (SSP), POA&M, asset inventories, user lists, and control evidence trackers.
  6. Perform routine compliance checks (user access reviews, MFA verification, device inventories, patch status, backup verification) and escalate issues to senior staff.
  7. Coordinate with MSP service teams to ensure day‑to‑day IT tasks (onboarding/offboarding, system changes, remediation work) remain aligned with CMMC requirements.
  8. Help prepare clients for audits and mock assessments by validating evidence completeness and tracking outstanding items.
  9. Document client changes that impact compliance scope (new users, systems, vendors, or processes) and flag potential CMMC risks.
  10. Participate in client compliance check‑ins and internal status meetings, capturing action items and maintaining follow‑through

 

Overall Company IT Operations

Review disaster recovery plan and update as it pertains to all IT to include backup servers, phones, computers and backup processes and systems.

Work with administrative departments to help with tasks related to finance, human resources, and any areas that may require assistance.
