Parks & Recreation Programme Leader

Plan, lead, and deliver real recreation programmes. Build the experience that parks and recreation employers are actually looking for.

You will design and run a full range of outdoor and recreational activities for campers aged 7-17 — from sports and games to adventure challenges and team events. You will manage scheduling, equipment, and safety across your programme area, and take direct responsibility for the daily care, wellbeing, and development of a group of campers. You will live on site alongside them throughout the summer, acting as leader, mentor, and trusted adult from day one.

• You will leave with documented experience in recreational programme design, event coordination, group leadership, risk management, and youth development - exactly the portfolio that parks and recreation employers look for at entry level and beyond.
• Internship credit eligible - we work directly with your university to confirm credit hours. Ideal for students in Parks & Recreation, Leisure Studies, Sport Management, or Physical Education programmes.
