Data Quality Validator

EMSL is seeking a Data Quality Validator in Cinnaminson, NJ. The role will support department using analytical methods from the EPA, OSHA, NIOSH, AOA, focusing on data assessment and quality control requirements with specific lab certifications.  No lab experience is necessary, just a desire to learn. The ideal candidate would have an interest in environmental laboratory data assessment and validation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Performing data quality reviews and assessments

Supporting data management efforts

Supporting project quality documents

Interacting with project managers and analysts to streamline a team approach to data workflow

Data entry and system record up keep

Requirements

Minimum of an associate degree in a science or mathematical field of study

Capable of performing basic statistical calculations such as yield, relative standard deviation, and relative percent difference

Ability to review and assess data based on various analytical criteria

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Attention to detail

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Available Shift: 

Position is full time, Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
