Posz Law Group, PLC, a boutique patent law firm in Reston, VA, has an immediate opening for 2 full-time Patent Paralegals. This is a great opportunity for RECENT GRADUATES to start their career with a challenging, lucrative profession. No prior experience or paralegal certificate is needed. Full training program provided.

* Bachelor’s Degree or some post-secondary education required
* Positive attitude to follow office and training procedures
* Excellent focus with great attention to detail and accuracy
* Training at your own pace - priority is accuracy - no production requirement.
* Excellent English proofing skills
* Good listening and interpersonal skills
* Enjoy working with friendly, helpful coworkers
* Comfortable working independently, mostly on the computer
* Microsoft Office experience and good PC skills
* Flexible with excellent attitude, professionalism, and work ethic
* Close proximity to our Reston office

This is a full-time, in-office position during training, offering competitive compensation and excellent benefits. The hours are 9-5 pm, a 37.5-hour workweek, with no overtime required, though it is available. The work environment is business casual and friendly, emphasizing strong teamwork. On-site during training, then hybrid or remote may be available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45-50K, depending on education and experience. Salary per year with overtime if needed (not required) and a discretionary annual bonus. Significant salary increases are common after the first and second years of experience, reflecting the niche-market skills acquired during training.
