Chiropractic Associate

We are seeking a motivated chiropractor to join our team as an Associate in the beautiful seaside town of Blaine, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who values patient connection, community involvement, and delivering high-quality, individualized care.

This position offers the opportunity to build your patient base with support, grow your hours over time, and potentially transition into long-term partnership or buy-out.

What You’ll Do

· Perform thorough patient evaluations and exams

· Develop and implement individualized care plans

· Provide chiropractic adjustments and supportive manual therapies

· Educate patients on movement, posture, and self-care strategies

· Build strong patient relationships and contribute to a positive clinic environment

· Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in EHR

What We’re Looking For

· Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program

· Active Washington State chiropractic license (or ability to obtain)

· Strong adjusting skills and clinical reasoning

· Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills

· Positive, team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

Nice to have (but not required):

· Experience with rehab, extremity, and soft tissue techniques

· Familiarity with insurance documentation and care planning/enrolled in healthcare plans

Compensation

· Base salary plus commission has associate earning $4000-$5000/mo during onboarding and build phase with strong income growth potential.

$48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year with room to grow
