About the Role

We are a high-volume custom apparel print shop in Hallandale Beach looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Custom Apparel Production Associate to join our production team.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you’ll help prepare, organize, produce, inspect, and fulfill custom apparel orders. You’ll work alongside our DTF printing team and learn how a real print shop operates behind the scenes.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in custom apparel, print production, design, ecommerce, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or small business growth.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support daily print shop operations and help keep orders moving accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily production in a custom apparel print shop
• Working alongside the DTF printing team
• Cutting printed transfers and matching orders to invoices
• Organizing and preparing orders for production
• Checking orders for accuracy and quality
• Helping press apparel, training provided if needed
• Taking product photos for completed orders
• Keeping the production workflow organized
• Supporting warehouse, inventory, and production tasks as needed
