Position: Part-Time Sales Associate
Location: New York, NY (ONS Flagship Store)
Pay: $17–$19/hour, based on experience

Job Responsibilities 
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling support in-store
• Build product knowledge across ONS and 50+ curated global brands
• Meet sales goals through genuine customer engagement and storytelling
• Support visual merchandising and maintain a clean, organized sales floor
• Represent ONS at local events, pop-ups, and brand activations
• Uphold ONS brand values and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience (fashion preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Personal style that aligns with ONS’s modern, curated aesthetic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet or exceed goals
• Familiar with POS systems and basic tech tools
• Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok a plus)
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and events
• Passion for fashion, culture, and building community
