Outreach Strategies Group is seeking motivated and reliable Remote Phone Bankers to support political and advocacy campaigns through direct voter outreach. Phone bankers will speak with voters, collect survey data, and communicate campaign messaging in a professional and engaging manner.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to voters using campaign-provided systems
• Conduct surveys and collect accurate voter data
• Persuade and educate voters on campaign issues and candidates
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication skills
• Follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable internet connection and computer access
• Ability to understand nuanced political conversations and local races
• Comfortable speaking with large numbers of voters
• Detail-oriented and dependable

Flexible remote scheduling available. Previous campaign experience is a plus, but not required. 

Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
