Position Overview
The Entry Level Management Trainee will support local marketing campaigns, assist with customer outreach, participate in sales initiatives, and learn the fundamentals of team leadership and business development.
This is an in-person position based in Birmingham, AL. Candidates must be able to commute to the Birmingham office and participate in face-to-face customer engagement and team training.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands, products, and services through in-person customer engagement
- Support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Learn and apply entry-level sales strategies to promote client services effectively
- Build customer relationships through professional communication and active listening
- Assist with customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance targets
- Participate in leadership development workshops, team meetings, and coaching sessions
- Support the training, motivation, and development of new team members
- Track customer feedback, campaign activity, and performance trends
- Develop strong product knowledge to confidently communicate client benefits

Qualifications
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Birmingham, AL
- Current student, recent graduate, or entry-level candidate preferred
- All majors and academic backgrounds are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable speaking with people and building rapport quickly

- Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, marketing, athletics, campus organizations, or leadership roles is a plus, but not required
