Job Opening:

Ropes Course Guide/Facilitator

[part-time position, flexible schedule with competitive pay rate]

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead participants through ropes courses practice area.

- Train participant on safety and effective use of all equipment.

- Create a safe, supportive, and motivating atmosphere for all participants.

- Facilitate the challenge course experience.

Qualifications:

Physical & Environmental Readiness

• Must be physically fit and able to work for extended periods in outdoor.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights between 20–40 feet (e.g., high‑ropes, climbing elements).
• Flexible to work varied hours, including weekends and occasional long days.

Interpersonal & Coaching Skills

• Possesses strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guiding, mentoring, and supporting others.
• Demonstrates clear, confident communication in both group and one‑on‑one settings.
• Shows natural coaching instincts—encouraging growth, teamwork, and positive group dynamics.

Experience & Background

• Previous experience in team‑building, coaching, facilitation, or outdoor leadership is highly valued but not required.
• Comfortable engaging groups with enthusiasm, professionalism, and empathy.

Adaptable, reliable, and able to maintain composure and positivity under changing conditions.
