After-School Program Counselor

The Extended Day Program (EDP), located at Blessed Sacrament School in Savannah, GA, is hiring counselors for the after-school program for the 2026-2027 school year.

This position is excellent for ANYONE who has a passion for leading activities and working with children!

Extended Day counselors are accountable for working as a team to ensure that the children have a fun and safe time after school. We are looking for energetic individuals who are comfortable with large groups of children and that can create and execute exciting activities. We are looking for reliable team players to join our staff!

· Our program serves children in PreK-4 through 8th grade

· Lead positions as well as Assistants for designated grade levels

· EDP operates on the BSS school calendar (no weekends or holidays)

· EDP hours are 7:00AM-7:30AM and 2:00PM - 6:00PM, Monday-Friday

· Must be able to physically move throughout the day

· Must be willing to work both inside and outside (weather permitting)

· Must be comfortable around children and able to assist with homework, as needed
