Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and dedicated Full-Time Test Prep Faculty member to join our dynamic team. In this in-office role, you will be instrumental in guiding students through their academic and test preparation journeys, helping them unlock their highest potential.

While prior tutoring experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for driven college graduates—particularly those with a STEM background—who possess an exceptional work ethic and a genuine passion for mentorship. Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Mentorship: Deliver engaging, high-quality test preparation instruction to students in an in-office setting across our New Jersey locations.
 

Student Impact: Serve as an academic role model, fostering a supportive and motivating environment that encourages young people to succeed and build confidence.

Clear Communication: Effectively communicate student progress, areas for improvement, and actionable strategies to both students and their parents.
 

Team Collaboration: Work alongside our established faculty of 25 full-time professionals, sharing best practices and contributing to the continued growth and reputation of Foley Prep.
 

Professional Excellence: Maintain a rigorous work ethic, high standard of professionalism, and dedication to the educational outcomes of our clients.
 

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s (or near-degree) degree required. A degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field is highly preferred.
 

Experience: Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary drive and aptitude.
 

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for breaking down complex concepts into accessible, digestible lessons.
 

Work Ethic: A demonstrated strong work ethic with a readiness to thrive in a growing, fast-paced educational environment.
 

Logistics: Must be able and willing to work full-time, in-person across Foley Prep's 7 New Jersey office locations.
