If this is you and you don't have experience with support or QA, please still apply.
Role

- Geotechnical/civil engineering knowledge is a plus but not required
What You'll Do

- Lead support and training calls with clients
- Bridge clients and engineering — translate user issues into clear bug reports and feature requests on GitHub
- Train and onboard new support team members

- Set up and monitor trial accounts
Compensation
- $80k-$95k, depending on experience
