The Program Aide is responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the LEAPS program, including facilitating the daily activities and being a positive, caring adult role model to youth. The Campbell LEAPS Program is held at the Campbell Savona Elementary School. The Program Aide develops rapport with youth, develops activities for the monthly calendar, collaborates with educational programming, supervises youth, and documents daily attendance of activities. 

Required Skills/Abilities: The Program Aide must have the following required skills/abilities: Strong Communication Skills- verbal and written, ability to act as a positive role model with coworkers and youth, is comfortable with computers and electronic applications, strengths-based approach when working with children and youth. Is punctual and reliable. Problem solving skills.

Physical Requirements: Active standing, walking, playing outdoors, or sitting while supervising and engaging with youth. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time.

Ability to work regularly scheduled program hours (Monday through Friday, 2:15PM to 5:45PM)
